LCorporate Worldwide License
This licence is reserved to corporate entities that are buying usage of the fonts for an unlimited number of employees and allowing re-distribution to affiliates and related businesses (marketing and advertising agencies, other service providers, etc).
A worldwide license allows installation and use of the font(s) on unlimited CPUs at unlimited locations for one corporation or other legal entity.
The corporate entity that buys a worldwide license is allowed to modify, adapt and use the font at will for its commercial and not commercial purposes, but it's still not allowed to resell the font as a font file or make applications that include the fontfile(s) as a file/files.

INCLUDED
This licence allows to a single corporate entity to use and distribute the font(s) internally to all its employees (without limitation of number and cpus), as well as to related suppliers (marketing and advertising agencies, shops, etc) at unlimited locations.
The Worldwide license covers a 360° communication plan: all desktop, web and device uses.
NOT INCLUDED
You cannot re-sell the font(s) to third parties.
End User Licence Agreement
01] You may install and use an unlimited number of copies of the fonts.
02] You can make archival copies of the fonts for your own purposes.
03] A copy of the fonts may be sent as part of a file release to a prepress bureau.
04] Fonts can be embedded in other software files, such as Portable Document Format (PDF), but you will take all reasonable care to embed the fonts in such a way that they cannot be extracted from the files you create.
05] You may modify the fonts for your own purposes, but are not allowed to distribute renamed, edited or derivative font files, either for profit or not, outside the company work environment.
06] No reselling of the font as a font software is allowed: copies of the font installation files may not be distributed or shared in any way (for profit or free of charge) either on a standalone basis or included as part of your own product.
07] You may use the font in all media now known or hereafter devised (by way of example, but not by limitation: web, broadcast, TV, features, and digital platforms) and physical products, in perpetuity and throughout the universe and in connection with in-context advertising and promotions.
Zetafonts states it owns full intellectual property rights in the typeface and font software, and guarantees that the typeface and font software does not infringe any rights, including any intellectual property rights, of third parties. All authors participated in the work in a substantive way are prepared to take public responsibility for the work.
A consequence of the aforesaid guarantees, Zetafonts, together with Ligature srl, shall at its sole cost and expense, protect, defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Licensee from and against any and all infringement claims, suits, liabilities, actions, proceedings, concerning the typeface and font software itself.
Zetafonts expressly disclaims any further warranty for the fonts. The fonts and any related documentation is provided "as it is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the fonts remains with you. In no event shall Zetafonts or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if Zetafonts has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
This agreement is expressed to be governed by Italian Law. With respect to any suit, action or proceedings relating to this Agreement each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
