This license is reserved to business entities and individuals that want to include the font(s) as part of dynamic or static typesetting for broadcast/tv/cinema titling.
It allows the use and installation of the fonts on all production workstations necessary to preproduction as well as realtime rendering of the fonts for broadcast use.
One-time fee, and the license does not expire.

INCLUDED
This license allows the installation of the fonts on all production workstations necessary to pre-production as well as realtime rendering of the font(s) for broadcasting/tv/cinema titling.
One license allows to embed the font(s) into only one title and covers unlimited platforms, sales and upgrades. You can buy multiple licenses for more than one title.
NOT INCLUDED
You cannot re-sell and redistribute the font(s) to third parties.
End User Licence Agreement
01] You may install and use an unlimited number of copies of the fonts.
02] You can make archival copies of the fonts for your own purposes.
03] Copies of the fonts can be installed on all workstations necessary to real-time processing of the font intself.
04] Fonts can be embedded in other software files, such as Portable Document Format (PDF) or Flash files, but you will take all reasonable care to embed the fonts in such a way that they cannot be extracted from the files you create.
05] You may modify the fonts for your own purposes, but the copyright remains with Zetafonts, and you are not allowed to distribute renamed or edited font files, either for profit or not.
06] No reselling of the font as a font software is allowed.
07] You can install the font(s) on all production workstations necessary to pre-production as well as realtime rendering of the font(s) for broadcasting/tv/cinema titling.
08] You can embed the font(s) into only one title/campaign and covers unlimited platforms, sales and upgrades.
09] Validity without time limits.
Zetafonts states it owns full intellectual property rights in the typeface and font software, and guarantees that the typeface and font software does not infringe any rights, including any intellectual property rights, of third parties.
Zetafonts expressly disclaims any further warranty for the fonts. The fonts and any related documentation is provided "as it is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the fonts remains with you. In no event shall Zetafonts or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if Zetafonts has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
